The Aloe Cottage is situated on Thornvilla wine farm, just 3km from the quaint little village of McGregor.

From the private patio you have a beautiful view over the dam on your left and also a stunning view of McGregor to your right. Here you can relax in peace while listening to the song of Fish Eagles. There is also an indoor braai or fireplace as well as outdoor fire and braai facilities.

We also provide two mountain bikes and a two-seater Kajak with fishing rods you can enjoy while staying at the Aloe Cottage. The cottage is is situated 1km from the donkey sanctuary Eseltjiesrus where you can enjoy delicious breakfast or lunch at the Country Kitchen Restaurant. The historical town of McGregor is only 3km away where there is also a lot to see and do.
